Lipton Tea

Today we had a Pepsi Truck deliver our Complimentary Ice Tea samples to give to our guests. We were selected to take part in this offer by Gourmet Magazine and Pepsi. Our guests will have ice Tea Galore and it is GOOOOOOOD!

The Syncro Nation Swim Meet is winding down and was a great success. They are wonderful athletes and deserve all the credit due them. They do not photograph on camera and Television just does not do them justice.

Duke is getting as much exercise as this weather will permit. It is just too hot to let him run as much as he would like. The few cooler days have afforded him more running time and he seems to excuse us when the temperature climbs.

Summer in Oxford

Maple0020_2 We have had our first heat wave and are back to the less humid clims in Oxford Ohio. Last night we went "upTown" and enjoyed a walk, a Mexican meal and American Ice Cream for dessert. Our Community is still alive with students, though many are high schoolers in for Age group Swimming Ice skating/Hockey events. Miami University Orientation for incoming new students is also taking place through June.

The end of June, 21-30, Oxford will host the National Synchronized Swimming Championships. This will bring Olympic caliber Athletes into our town and Our Rec Center will be working 24 -7 to accommodate this wonderful 9 day event. If you have never witnessed this fantastic Sport in person, please take time to do so.........it is truly amazing! The Rec center is within walking distance of our two wonderful Farmer's Markets that are open every Saturday Morning through October and they are filled with local produce and beautiful home made products. Take a break and enjoy!
